The man who wrote America's bioweapons law said the COVID mRNA injections meet its legal definition of a biological weapon — then died shortly after volunteering to testify under oath about it in court.

The bioweapon-law argument in 60 seconds

Francis Boyle authored the US Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989.
He declared the COVID mRNA injections qualify as a bioweapon by legal definition.
The weapon has two components: the pathogenic load and the delivery mechanism.
The spike protein is the load — product of illegal gain-of-function research.
His evidence: a 2015 Nature Medicine paper on a synthetic SHC014 coronavirus from UNC and Wuhan.
He died in January 2025, weeks after agreeing to testify under oath in a Dutch court case.
