A viral exposé says the quiet part out loud: pressing the power button does not switch your phone off — the microphone keeps working, everything you say is captured and transmitted, and the moment you reconnect, all of it is uploaded at once.

The 30-second version

The claim: the phone is off, but the microphone is still working.
They listen to everything you say — and transmit it.
Batteries are soldered in, so the phone is never truly off.
Location surveillance logs where you go and how long you stay.
Reconnect to the cloud and everything captured uploads instantly.
The verdict: constant surveillance, architected into the device.
